Terrms & Conditions — Grind 24/7 Training Center

1. Services. Grind 24/7 Training Center ("Grind 24/7"), located at 5097 Old William Penn Highway, Export, PA 15632, provides baseball training programs, lessons, facility rentals, and related services.

2. Payments & Fees. Program fees, deposits, and lesson charges are due as stated at the time of enrollment or booking. Failure to pay may result in loss of scheduled time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling. Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by program; contact us at info@grind24-7.com with questions.

4. Assumption of Risk. Baseball training and physical activity involve inherent risk of injury. Participants and guardians acknowledge this risk and agree to follow all staff instructions and facility rules.

5. Facility Rules. Participants must follow staff directions and use equipment only as instructed. Grind 24/7 is not responsible for personal belongings.
