  • Athlete Assessment: Learned how to evaluate athletes through baseline testing, identifying movement inefficiencies, and designing individualized corrective programs.

  • Program Design: Gained a deeper understanding of structuring strength, speed, agility, and power phases using progressive periodization models that build throughout the off-season and in-season.

  • Speed & Agility Development: Studied sprint mechanics, change-of-direction drills, and reactive movement training to improve athletic performance and injury prevention.

  • Mobility & Stability Training: Focused on improving range of motion and joint control as part of warm-up and recovery systems.

  • Coaching & Communication: Strengthened skills in cueing, motivation, and athlete psychology to create a higher-energy and more focused training environment.
