      • Wed & Fri - 6-7:30pm at Grind 24/7 - Hitting, defensive work
      • Sat - 12:30-1:45pm at Grind 24/7 - Savage Strength/Stability
      • Sun - 7-9pm at No Off Season Bubble in Russelton, PA
      • Starts on January 13th
      • Ends March 9th
      • 8 weeks of training over 50 hours total

    • MS - Training Program - Monthly Plan
