Talent at a younger age is merely the ability to control your body. That being said the only way to really increase your talent level is Strength and Stability. This type of training is really critical to true player development.

We will be offering an two different 8 week Strength and Stability programs this winter. Starting January 18th and concluding March 8th. High school and middle school age players 7-12th grade will run from 12;30-1:45. School age grades 2th - 6th on same days from 2pm to 3:15pm.
